Returns Policy

Our policy is valid for 7 days after signed receipt of purchase.  On expiry of 7 days, customers’ no longer qualify for a refund or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  In the case that goods are delivered and the outer packaging is damaged, photo proof of the unopened package will be required for replacement or full refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Goods to be returned to The Landing Place, 135 Houtbaai Street, Culverwell Park, Elandshaven, Germiston, Gauteng, 1422, South Africa. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer in the case of third party branded products.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Once you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@thelandingplace.co.za

 
Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an item exchange, kindly contact The Landing Place at hello@thelandingplace.co.za and the item return and replacement will be arranged on your behalf.


Shipping 
To return your product, kindly contact The Landing Place at hello@thelandingplace.co.za and the return collection will be arranged on your behalf. You will be responsible for paying return shipping and handling fees.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. For a full refund or exchange, contact The Landing Place within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
